Top Stack Distributor for top mounted valves. The stack diffusers are designed to diffuse or break up the inlet water flow when the top stack distributor is not used. Avaialble with Screw or Threaded Valve Connections.
Installation is accomplished by simply pinning, threading or screwing in the top stack distributor and diffuser or snapping the top baffle diffuser directly inside the control valve. 3.5” stack diameter X 5.5” stack height for 1.5” riser pipe.
Bottom Distributors (Commercial)
Bottom Distributor Basket for 0713-1354 Tanks. For 13/16” and 1.05″ riser pipe. Made out of high impact FDA approved ABS plastic. The fixed slot is .01-.03.
The molded basket distributors are designed for general domestic water softener use for 7” to 10” diameter tanks without a gravel support bed, or 12” to 13” diameter tanks with a gravel support bed.
Hub & Laterals
The Aquatrol Hub and Lateral Distributor Systems are made from durable ABS (Hub) and PVC or Polypropylene (Laterals). Designed to fit various tank sizes, the AQT-HL series can also be top or bottom mounted depending on your configuration needs.
The distributors can accommodate the following tank sizes, depending on the distributor model: 14”-16”, 18”-21”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48” and 60” tanks. They can be mounted by solvent weld, straight connect, 3” FNPT adapter or the 6” Flange mount.
The time saving quick lock laterals add convenience during on the field installations as it only requires half a turn to install one lateral. Threaded laterals are also available.
Top & Bottom Distributors
The stack distributor assemblies are designed to be used interchangeably as either top or bottom distributors. The distributor assemblies consist of a segmented stack distributor, 4”-8UN adapter, and a 2” CPVC or 3″ FNPT straight connector.
The segmented distributor has the ability to open up when backwashed, removing any possible fines that might accumulate on the distributor. The top and bottom assemblies are designed for use with 14” – 36” and 40″ – 48″ diameter fiberglass mineral tanks.
